Voluntary Product Accessibility (VPAT®) Statement

Accessibility Statement
Onform is designed to operate within the accessibility frameworks provided by the devices and operating systems on which it runs. As such, accessibility features—including screen reader compatibility, voice control, magnification, and high contrast settings—are managed by the native accessibility tools of the underlying platform (such as iOS or Android).

The application supports key accessibility principles covered under WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA, and Section 508, by leveraging the host device’s accessibility APIs. For example, visual content includes alternative text when surfaced through assistive technologies, interface components are properly labeled for screen readers, and navigation follows predictable and standard order as determined by the operating system.

Onform does not manage its own accessibility stack but instead relies on the platform to expose necessary accessibility information to the user. Therefore, the level of accessibility experienced may depend on the capabilities and settings of the device in use.

Functional Performance and Support
The functional performance criteria outlined in the Revised Section 508 standards are addressed through the operating system’s native accessibility features. This includes support for users with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

Documentation related to Onform is available in accessible formats upon request. Customer support is provided via accessible channels, including email at support@onform.com.
